The turnaround time on all made to order shoes is 5 to 6 working weeks
Occasional delays may arise in our shoe workshops. If a delay occurs we will notify you, delays are beyond our control and we’re not responsible, and will not be held liable for delay of orders.
GENERAL ITEMS ON OUR WEBSITE:
Since all clothing is custom made to order regular terms call for 100% payment with the order. Payment in full must be remitted on all orders. No exceptions.
Changing Orders & Work Cancellation/Fee.
After an order has been placed & instructions have been sent to tailor, patterns and fabrics are cut within 24 hours (cloth is cut the same day it is ordered and can only be cancelled the same day the actual order is placed). So it becomes costly to make changes. Alterations of the original order are discouraged. However, if a change becomes absolutely necessary, a $150.00 charge will be assessed per change, plus the cost of any extra fabric, if needed. Once an order has been sent to the tailor, cancellation requires a charge for the fabric ordered and a $250.00 cancellation fee and 50% of the total cost of the order. Customer will forfeit 50% of total funds paid and pay the $250.00 cancellation fee. There are no exceptions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS! If for some reason your garment is not made according to specifications and instructions given (within industry tolerance + or – ¼ ” inch) we will correct the problem, including remaking the garment if necessary for our clients.
Alterations, Fitting Problems Due to Weight Gain/Loss, Changes, Wear/Tear of Garments
We will not be responsible for alterations due to weight gain or loss once the garment is completed. If alterations are needed due to weight fluctuation they will be made at the client’s expense. Any changes made after the garment has been completed that deviate from the original instructions and/or styling of the garments will be made at the client’s expense. We are not responsible in any way for wear and tear of client’s garments. It is the client’s responsibility to properly care for his/her garments. Proper care instructions will be given at the time of delivery.
Claims on Garments and Accessories
No Claims will be given on garments and/or accessories without prior authorization. Claims will not be considered after 5 days from receipt of custom made garments and 5 days on accessories. We are not responsible for loss or damage of any items once they have been purchased and left our facility. No Exceptions!
Turn Around Time
The turnaround time on all custom or made to order clothing is 6 to 8 working weeks. Please consider holidays within the USA and in Europe. Occasional delays may arise in our workshops. If a delay occurs we will notify you, delays are beyond our control and we’re not responsible and will not be held liable for delay of orders.
